- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, and mixed vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix together crushed crackers and Parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until topping is golden brown and casserole is bubbly.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
