Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, and mixed vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together crushed crackers and Parmesan cheese.
