Instructions
- Rinse the rice.
- Combine rice, milk, sugar, and salt in a saucepan.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Reduce heat and cook, stirring often, for about 20-25 minutes, or until rice is tender and pudding has thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and cinnamon.
- Add raisins and butter if desired.
- Serve warm or cold.
