This recipe makes delicious Cinnamon Sugar Donut Bread.

- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Add milk, sugar, melted butter, salt, and egg. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll out dough.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Roll up the dough.
- Cut into slices.
- Place slices in a greased loaf pan.
- Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.
Notes
- You can add a glaze.
- Adjust the cinnamon sugar to your liking.
