Ingredients

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine sugar, water, cinnamon, and salt in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Add nuts and cook, stirring constantly, until the water evaporates and sugar crystallizes.
- Stir in butter.
- Spread nuts on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, until golden.
- Let cool completely before serving.
