- 1 (12.7 ounce) can refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Optional: 2 tablespoons melted butter for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Separate the cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters.
- Place the cinnamon roll pieces in the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces in the baking dish.
- If desired, brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Drizzle the included icing over the warm casserole.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, use half-and-half instead of milk.
- Add a handful of chopped pecans or walnuts for extra crunch.
- Serve warm with fresh fruit or a dollop of whipped cream.
