- 1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Unroll the pizza dough and press it into an even rectangle.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni over the sauce.
- Roll the dough up tightly, starting from one of the long sides.
- Slice the rolled dough into 12 equal pieces.
- Place each piece, cut-side up, into the prepared mini muffin tin cups.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the tin. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
- For a festive look, use cookie cutters to make small Christmas shapes from extra dough scraps to place on top of the bites before baking.
- You can customize your toppings with other favorite pizza ingredients like cooked sausage or olives.
