Ingredients

- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 3/4 cups packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together melted butter and brown sugar.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Add salt and baking powder.
- Stir in flour until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chunks.
- Pour batter into a prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool completely before cutting.
Notes
- For best results, use good quality chocolate chunks.
- You can add nuts to the batter if you like.
- Make sure not to overbake for a fudgy texture.
