- 6 cups cubed bread
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine bread and chocolate chips.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Pour wet ingredients over bread mixture.
- Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
- Use day-old bread for best results.
