Description
Make delicious Chinese Beef and Broccoli in one pan. This recipe is better than takeout!
Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 pound broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss beef with cornstarch.
- In another bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, water, and brown sugar.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour sauce over beef and broccoli.
- Cook until sauce thickens and broccoli is tender.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Serve over cooked rice.
- Adjust the amount of brown sugar to your taste.
- You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
