Description

Mini chili cheese dog cups are perfect for a party. They are easy to make and delicious.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (8) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chili without beans
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapenos (optional)
  • 8 hot dogs, cut into 1/2-inch pieces


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned. Drain any grease.
  3. Stir in chili. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Press each triangle into a muffin cup.
  5. Place a few hot dog pieces in each cup.
  6. Spoon chili mixture over hot dogs.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese and jalapenos (if using).
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
