Description
Mini chili cheese dog cups are perfect for a party. They are easy to make and delicious.
Ingredients

- 1 package (8) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili without beans
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapenos (optional)
- 8 hot dogs, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned. Drain any grease.
- Stir in chili. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Press each triangle into a muffin cup.
- Place a few hot dog pieces in each cup.
- Spoon chili mixture over hot dogs.
- Sprinkle with cheese and jalapenos (if using).
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Notes
- You can use your favorite chili recipe.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder to the beef while cooking.
- Serve immediately.
