Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked egg noodles for serving


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion and mushrooms, cook until softened.
  4. Stir in garlic.
  5. Whisk together chicken broth and flour.
  6. Pour into the skillet.
  7. Bring to a simmer.
