Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  3. In a large skillet, cook chicken until browned. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder.
  4. Stir in marinara sauce and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.
  6. Pour pasta mixture into a baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
