Ingredients

- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add onion and cook until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Whisk together chicken broth, flour, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture into the skillet. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until gravy thickens.
- Stir in milk and heat through.
- Serve hot.
