Description
A simple and healthy chicken broccoli pasta dinner.
Ingredients
- Chicken breast: 1 pound
- Broccoli florets: 2 cups
- Pasta: 8 ounces
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper: To taste
- Chicken broth: 1/2 cup
- Parmesan cheese: For serving
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Cook chicken until browned.
- Add garlic and broccoli. Cook until broccoli is tender.
- Pour in chicken broth. Simmer for a few minutes.
- Add cooked pasta. Toss to combine.
- Serve with parmesan cheese.
Notes
- You can add red pepper flakes for heat.
- Use whole wheat pasta for extra fiber.
