Ingredients

Instructions
- Cook brown rice according to package directions.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Cook chicken until browned.
- Add onion and bell peppers. Cook until softened.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables. Simmer until sauce thickens.
- Steam or roast broccoli florets.
- Assemble bowls: rice, chicken mixture, and broccoli.
- Store in individual containers for meal prep.
