Ingredients

  • Brown rice: 1 cup, uncooked
  • Broccoli florets: 2 cups
  • Bell peppers: 2, sliced
  • Onion: 1, chopped
  • Soy sauce: 1/4 cup
  • Honey: 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper: To taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the brown rice according to package directions.
  2. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan. Cook chicken until browned.
  4. Add onion and bell peppers. Cook until softened.
