Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 10 ounces fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in garlic, rice, and chicken broth.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in spinach until wilted.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Cook until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
