Ingredients
- Cooked chicken: 2 cups
- Cooked rice: 2 cups
- Cream of mushroom soup: 1 can
- Chicken broth: 1 cup
- Frozen peas: 1 cup
- Onion, chopped: 1/2 cup
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté onion in butter until softened.
- In a bowl, combine chicken, rice, soup, broth, peas, and onion.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Add other vegetables like carrots or celery.
- Top with breadcrumbs for extra texture.
