Easy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups are a creamy and comforting baked pasta dish.

- 1 pound lasagna noodles
- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 (16 ounce) jar alfredo sauce
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, alfredo sauce, spinach, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture onto each cooked lasagna noodle.
- Roll up each noodle tightly and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Pour any remaining alfredo sauce over the roll-ups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Add a pinch of nutmeg to the sauce for extra flavor.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
