Description

Easy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups are a creamy and comforting baked pasta dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, alfredo sauce, spinach, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture onto each cooked lasagna noodle.
  5. Roll up each noodle tightly and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
  6. Pour any remaining alfredo sauce over the roll-ups.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
  8. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Add a pinch of nutmeg to the sauce for extra flavor.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
