A delicious and easy cheesy hot bruschetta dip with fresh tomato and basil.
Ingredients

- 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Spread tomato mixture in a baking dish. Top with cheese mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until bubbly.
- Serve hot with toasted baguette slices.
Notes
- You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
- For a smoother dip, use a food processor.
- Adjust the amount of basil to your preference.
