Description

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese soup, and milk.
  4. Add cooked rice and mix well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
