- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese soup, and milk.
- Add cooked rice and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
