- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili beans, undrained
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet. Drain any grease.
- Stir in chili beans, cream of mushroom soup, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and salsa.
- Heat until cheese is melted and dip is heated through.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips.
Notes
- You can add a can of Rotel tomatoes for extra flavor.
- For a spicier dip, use hot salsa.
- This dip can be made in a slow cooker.
