Description

A creamy, spicy, and cheesy buffalo chicken dip made easily in your crock pot. Perfect for game days or parties.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans shredded chicken, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese


Instructions

  1. Combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch dressing, and blue cheese dressing in a slow cooker.
  2. Stir until well combined.
  3. Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in cheddar cheese and blue cheese.
  5. Continue to cook on low for another 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and dip is heated through.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dippers.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add more hot sauce.
  • If you don’t have blue cheese dressing, you can omit it or use more ranch dressing.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, carrot sticks, or crackers.
