- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine rice, soup, milk, onion, salt, and pepper in a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Stir in chicken.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until rice is tender and cheese is melted.
Notes
- You can use leftover cooked chicken or rotisserie chicken.
- Add vegetables like peas or carrots for extra nutrients.
