Description

A comforting and easy-to-make chicken and rice bake, perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine rice, soup, milk, onion, salt, and pepper in a baking dish.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Stir in chicken.
  5. Top with cheese.
  6. Bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until rice is tender and cheese is melted.
