Description

A delicious and easy cheesy chicken pasta with a creamy garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add cooked chicken to the pan.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan and cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
