- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken to the pan.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan and cheddar cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
