A delicious and easy cheesy chicken pasta bake.
Ingredients
- Pasta (2 cups)
- Cooked chicken (2 cups, shredded)
- Onion (1, chopped)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Tomato sauce (1 jar)
- Heavy cream (1/2 cup)
- Cheddar cheese (2 cups, shredded)
- Mozzarella cheese (1 cup, shredded)
- Olive oil (1 tbsp)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
- Add tomato sauce and cream. Simmer.
- Stir in chicken, salt, and pepper.
- Mix cooked pasta with sauce.
- Pour into a baking dish.
- Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
Notes
- You can add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
- Use any type of pasta you like.
- Adjust the amount of cheese to your preference.
