- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, plus more for topping
- 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, soup, sour cream, rice, cheese, and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
