Ingredients
- Pasta (200g)
- Chicken breast (2)
- Bacon (4 slices)
- Cheese (1 cup, shredded)
- Heavy cream (1/2 cup)
- Milk (1/4 cup)
- Onion (1, chopped)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Dice chicken and bacon.
- Cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Cook chicken in bacon fat until browned.
- Add onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Add heavy cream and milk. Simmer.
- Stir in cheese until melted.
- Add cooked pasta, chicken, and bacon.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
