Description

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine rice, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Add Chicken and Cheese: Fold in the cooked chicken, 1 cup of cheese, and any optional vegetables.
  4. Assemble the Casserole: Pour mixture into the prepared dish. Spread evenly and top with remaining cheese.
