A creamy and comforting soup that tastes just like a cheeseburger.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- Optional toppings: cooked bacon, chopped pickles, diced tomatoes, sour cream
Instructions
- Brown ground beef and sausage in a large pot. Drain any grease.
- Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
- Pour in beef broth, water, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Bring to a boil.
- Add carrots, celery, and macaroni. Cook until pasta is tender.
- Reduce heat and stir in cream cheese until melted.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and milk until cheese is melted and soup is creamy.
- Serve hot and top with your favorite cheeseburger toppings.
Notes
- You can adjust the amount of cheese to your liking.
- For a spicier soup, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- This soup is great for meal prepping.
