Description

A simple and delicious dessert with pineapple and caramel flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted
  • 1 cup caramel bits


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pour the crushed pineapple into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the pineapple.
  4. Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the pineapple and milk.
  5. Pour the melted butter over the cake mix.
  6. Sprinkle the caramel bits on top.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are set.
  8. Let it cool before serving.

Notes

  • You can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
  • For extra flavor, use brown butter.
