A refreshing Caprese Pesto Pasta Salad perfect for potlucks.
Ingredients
- Pasta (8 ounces)
- Cherry tomatoes (1 pint)
- Fresh mozzarella balls (8 ounces)
- Pesto (1/2 cup)
- Fresh basil leaves (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Rinse pasta with cold water.
- Halve cherry tomatoes.
- Combine pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, and pesto.
- Add basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Toss gently.
- Chill before serving.
