A flavorful pasta dish with Cajun-spiced shrimp.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound pasta
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Cook shrimp until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté bell peppers and onion until softened.
- Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Pour in heavy cream.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Add cooked pasta and shrimp.
- Season to taste.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less Cajun seasoning.
- Serve with crusty bread.
