These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are a quick and easy appetizer or meal. They combine the spicy kick of buffalo sauce with tender chicken.

- 1.5 lbs cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 slider buns
- Optional toppings: blue cheese crumbles, sliced celery
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing.
- Place slider buns on a baking sheet.
- Spoon chicken mixture onto the bottom halves of the buns.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Cover with the top halves of the buns.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and buns are toasted.
- Add desired toppings.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your taste.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder to the chicken mixture.
