A delicious and easy cheesy chicken, broccoli, and rice casserole.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, rice, and broccoli.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together soup and milk.
- Pour soup mixture over chicken mixture and stir.
- Stir in 1/2 cup cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Pour into a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- You can substitute cream of chicken soup.
- Add other vegetables like carrots or peas.
- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for ease.
