- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 can (21 ounces) blueberry pie filling
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into thin slices
- 1 lemon, zested
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pour the blueberry pie filling into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the pie filling.
- Place the butter slices over the cake mix.
- Sprinkle the lemon zest over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- You can use fresh blueberries instead of pie filling.
