- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine Bisquick, sausage, and cheese.
- Mix well until thoroughly combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Place balls on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
- You can substitute other cheeses like Monterey Jack or a Colby-Jack blend.
- For a spicier kick, use hot pork sausage.
