A rich and decadent warm chocolate pudding cake.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix.
- Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix boiling water and remaining sugar. Pour over the batter.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- You can add chocolate chips to the batter.
