- 1 lb beef, sliced
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Slice the beef and marinate it with soy sauce and cornstarch.
- Heat sesame oil in a wok or large pan.
- Stir-fry the beef until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic and ginger to the wok, cook for a minute.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry until slightly tender.
- Combine beef broth, oyster sauce, and brown sugar.
- Pour the sauce over the broccoli.
- Return the beef to the wok.
- Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Serve over cooked rice.

- Adjust the amount of sauce to your preference.
- You can add red pepper flakes for heat.
