- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- Optional: Coleslaw
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, BBQ sauce, and red onion.
- Slice slider buns in half.
- Place bottom buns in a baking dish.
- Spread chicken mixture on buns.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Add top buns.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Optional: Top with coleslaw before serving.
