Description

A delicious and easy bbq chicken casserole.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup bbq sauce
  • 1 cup cooked pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine chicken, bbq sauce, pasta, onion, and bell pepper.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour mixture into a baking dish.
  5. Top with cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • Add a sprinkle of paprika for extra flavor.
  • Serve with a side salad.
