- 2 lbs cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle BBQ sauce
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups cooked egg noodles
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, BBQ sauce, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream.
- Stir in cooked egg noodles.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for ease.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like corn or peas.
- Adjust the amount of BBQ sauce to your liking.
