Description

Delicious and easy Bang Bang Chicken Skewers recipe.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, lime juice, and garlic.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place chicken cubes in a bowl and pour half of the sauce over them. Toss to coat.
  4. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
  6. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Grill skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, or until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Brush with remaining sauce during the last few minutes of grilling.
  9. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Soaking skewers prevents burning.
  • Adjust sriracha to control spice level.
  • Chicken is cooked when internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
