Delicious and easy Bang Bang Chicken Skewers recipe.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, lime juice, and garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place chicken cubes in a bowl and pour half of the sauce over them. Toss to coat.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Brush with remaining sauce during the last few minutes of grilling.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Soaking skewers prevents burning.
- Adjust sriracha to control spice level.
- Chicken is cooked when internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
