Description

Delicious and flavorful Bang Bang Chicken Skewers, perfect for grilling or baking.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken cubes in a bowl and pour half of the sauce over them. Toss to coat and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. If grilling: Grill skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, or until chicken is cooked through. Brush with remaining sauce during the last few minutes.
  6. If baking: Place skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Brush with remaining sauce during the last few minutes.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished as desired.

Notes

  • Soaking skewers prevents burning.
  • Adjust sriracha to control spiciness.
  • Serve with rice, noodles, or a fresh salad.
