Ingredients

  • Onion rings: 1 (10-ounce) bag, crushed
  • Egg: 1, beaten
  • Flour: 1/4 cup
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, seasoned with salt and pepper; one with the beaten egg; and one with the crushed onion rings.
  3. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the crushed onion rings, pressing gently to adhere.
