Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh oregano for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet.
  3. Add tomatoes and bell pepper, cook until softened.
  4. Crumble the feta cheese over the vegetables.
  5. Crack eggs on top of the feta.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until egg whites are set.
  8. Garnish with fresh oregano.
