Description

These Baked Cranberry Brie Bites are a delightful and easy appetizer, perfect for holiday gatherings. Warm, gooey brie is topped with sweet-tart cranberry sauce and baked in flaky puff pastry.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 (8 ounce) wheel brie cheese, rind removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Fresh rosemary, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly flour a clean surface and unfold the puff pastry sheet. Cut the puff pastry into 12 equal squares.
  3. Place a cube of brie in the center of each puff pastry square.
  4. Top each brie cube with about 1-2 teaspoons of cranberry sauce.
  5. Bring the corners of the puff pastry up and pinch them together to enclose the brie and cranberry filling.
  6. Place the filled pastry bites seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops of the pastry bites with the beaten egg wash.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and puffed.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.
