- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Fresh rosemary, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

- Place a cube of brie in the center of each puff pastry square.
- Top each brie cube with about 1-2 teaspoons of cranberry sauce.
- Bring the corners of the puff pastry up and pinch them together to enclose the brie and cranberry filling.

- Brush the tops of the pastry bites with the beaten egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.
Notes
- Ensure your brie rind is fully removed for a smoother texture.
- You can make these ahead of time and bake just before serving.
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the cranberry sauce.
