- 4 apples
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Core the apples.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Stuff apples with the mixture.
- Place butter on top of each apple.
- Add water to the baking dish.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can add a sprinkle of oats for texture.
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
