Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook bacon until crispy; crumble and set aside.
  3. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
  4. Melt butter in a pan; scramble eggs.
  5. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half.
  6. Place bottom halves in a baking dish.
  7. Layer eggs, bacon, and cheese.
  8. Top with roll tops.
