Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook bacon until crispy; crumble and set aside.
- Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a pan; scramble eggs.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half.
- Place bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer eggs, bacon, and cheese.
- Top with roll tops.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese melts.
- Serve immediately.
